yeah that's fair. my gripe was just that i would've expected that he has more than enough battle sense/experience to not leave so many gaps in his fighting, especially since the other three last survivors hyped him up for his potential. he's plenty cunning and smart, don't get me wrong, but it's just the pivotal moments where i keep thinking that there should've been better methods to do this and that, or that he could've prevented the situation using this and that. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

This was exactly what I was thinking when I was reading this. I love this and him, but he really is too sloppy. He doesn’t expect anything outside of his plans and doesn’t expect something might happen. He leaves too many loose ends. But I can understand it. He’s got a lot on his mind. Probably has to sift through hundreds and thousands of memories just to remember what, when and where he’s supposed to do something.

A good example of MC who knows the future and can circumvent things to his advantage is ORV. Lol.

Yeah ORV is amazing and the prime example of a smart person using their knowledge of the future for their benefit but that's precisely what I'm saying most people would be idiots with this knowledge like MC not everyone has the situational IQ of a character like Dojka and in defence to the fact that most people would be idiots Dokja got to look at the story from an outsider perspective and see where the faults in the story are but mc is taking 1 past experience and trying to improve on it these are very different as dokja had multiple opportunities to think oh this character could have done this to make the mission better but mc has a second chance and likely the only one.He had help from his friends but they were under stress,timing issues and etc. In a ruined world I'm surprised he hasn't made more sloppy mistakes but I could definitely do better than him he's probably just a pure idiot

Um.. it's not like he has all the knowledge. He doesn't know much about everything like some of those quadratus guys. Plus, it always feels like he's in a rush, so he probably doesn't wanna stop even for a moment rest.

Also, I don't think that's him not tying the loose ends, but it's more like there's a more efficient way to do it when he's rushing to his goal. I don't think it's luck that that quadratus commander died. He knew the undead army would be inside.

But he really did leave a lot of ppl alive. Honestly, I think it's because he has 2 orders, save as many ppl as possible and kill the worst of the worst. So it's understandable that he'd just skip some evil guys because they're just small pawns.

And honestly, he's using his brain more than I expect him to lol. I feel like only KDJ uses big brain move, but for him to plan ahead and uses available tools/tricks is just refreshing. Maybe it's because some smart friends of his drilled those knowledge into his head, but it worked lol.
