hopefully season 3 tones down the cringe romance subplots (but probably not, sigh). honestly, even the MC has more actual good chemistry with the original protagonist compared to all the love interests so far, and that's not just the fudanshi in me that's saying it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

honestly i didn't care much for the art style change. you get used to it after a while. but man, many of the recent plots were just so.. meh. killing off bradley so arbitrarily and theo dying so inconsequentially. thank god his ex-wife didn't remain for too long (for now). and whatever backstory princess vurmi was supposed to be have, only to end in a very unsatisfying note. not to mention the very convoluted mess the whole arc was that didn't really result to anything substantial? i guess they wanted to hammer in the realism through alien races symbolism, but still disappointing.
these may just been nitpicks from me. the story can still do so much better, and maybe they'll tie the loose ends from this messy arc. （￣へ￣）
