Yk, when they first had sex while Shion was still a guy, I noticed Rui basically only pleasured himself or like he focused more on sticking his dick into a hole rather than pleasuring a partner. Same goes with the second time they had sex, and I get that it's his first time with having sex with a guy, but if he really didn't care about wether Shion was a guy or not, he would WANT to touch Shion, make him feel good and stuff. And I think that kind of connects with the present, how Rui only acts out and is "there" for Shion when she's a girl, or only gets jealous if Shion is currently a girl, and like in that last panel, look how his face changed when Shion turned into a guy, and it made him stop what he was about to say.
