As for what's coming, they reunite after longing for eachother for weeks/months. It's not just a way for Shin to cope with grief. Just reading the chapter you can tell how obsessed they are. When they're finally alone nothing else mattered. It's clearly an emotional and sensual reunion of two soulmates who tried to stay apart but failed miserably
