In chapter 72 Yiyoung said: I'm so sad. I have a boyfriend but I can't show him to others. I wish I could write my name on you. Director said: Do it.
Yiyoung was surprised.
Director: Write your name on me.
Director was looking for a place where Yiyoung can write his name but that it's invisible. Than he remembers and said. Write it on my shoe.
Yiyoung said: Ah you remembered. ( Yiyoung when he was a kid wrote his name on his toys like Andy in Toy Story did)
Now in chapter 73. Director Kang and Secretary Cha needed to attend a meeting. The place was a traditional place where you should take off your shoes. Secretary Cha was outside speaking on the phone. Director's shoe accidentally fell off and an old man was close and he saw that something was written in director's shoe. That's why director Kang was worried. But secretary Cha kicked the shoe outside. So that man didn't sawwhat was written.
As for Yiyoung I don't know but maybe he thinks that he isn't doing his job right because he is too excited. In the end Director Kang said to secretary Cha: He is my man
I use the app Google Lens to translate frozen texts. It's not very smooth but it works well to get a general idea on what's going on. So here's my take on on the last chapter:
If you remember Ch.72, Yiyoung playfully wrote on Director Kang bottom shoe the following: "Yiyoun is Director Kang's boyfriend". In Ch.73, D.Kang was on a meeting and had to remove his shoes at the entrance then that other employee accidentally dropped the shoes and noticed there was something written on the bottom. That's where D. Kang panicked 'cause he realized he could read and figure out he was having a relationship with Yiyoung. While the employee was trying to read, secretary Cha saved the day by throwing the shoe all over the place, haha!!
Meanwhile, Yiyoung was having a dream about what he wrote on the shoes but them he woke up and realized it wasn't a dream and he is really dating D.Kang. He keeps being in denial!
When he leaved the office with the girls to go get some lunch, he meets D. Kang and secretary Cha coming back from their meeting. Kang asks him where he is going and he replies he's out for lunch and both manage to stay very professional without showing any emotions and stuff. Secretary Cha notices that and tells Director Kang that Yiyoung is now better controlling his emotions and it shows how much he is a professional and a great person. To that, director Kang ends the chapter by replying: "That's right. He is my man/boyfriend".

Like, (this is from fanart from the official author) Daehyung loves to play the electric guitar in his free time, and would like to teach Yiyoung,, (this is my daydreams now) He also loves interior decorating and can easily switch his house's style to be accustomed to his lover! Yiyoung is an aspiring baker and loves to make spicy food in his free time! Mina's oblivious and just wants to do her work, though, and doesn't seem to notice it. Ms Cha asks her out for lunch and Mina half-heartedly accepts with a raised eyebrow... "what does the director's secretary want to do with me...?" they begin to grow as friends and yuhh!
