The uke is indeed naive for trusting him after what he did to him in the past but I have to Say clap clap for the punch very nice

Well I thought it was naive or maybe dumb of him to trust his ex boyfriend who did shit to him in the past and is just and asshole of a person he trusted him enough to go to his house even though he’s dating someone at the moment ik hat if my significant other went to their ex’s place I’d loose my shit but as I said respect for the punch and that he didn’t let him take complete advantage of him

This is the biggest cocktease and expectations that were not met fuck me right in the asshole I’m angry as shit I’ve read this manga when there was only 1ch I’ve waited 84 years for all the chapters to be released AND BOI YOU END IT LIKE THAT this is the reason I cry at night oh my gee golly I am so sad by so much potential and a good way to seal the deal yet it took the wrong turn I love the author but this was disappointing ik I’m being a hater but I just really loved the plot but it just ended like that
Does anyone perhaps have any Raws I’m quite desperate to see what happens at this point with the events that have taken place ;-;;
From what I've read so far
- Skyler's mother is an abusive parent. Her son appears to have some sort of developmental delay (speech) likely due to his environment. Skyler's mum blames hm, because her husband is spending more time at work instead of coming home. Both parents are annoyed that Syler cries throughout the night due to him having eczema .
- Skyler's mum can't cope anymore and Skyler basically gets sent to live with Deonyuk's (sp) family. Deonyuk was annoyed at first because Skyler took his toys, and Deonyuk was bribed by his mother with a new toy if started to be nice to this new household member. Deonyuk eventually became friendly with Skyler.
- Skyler's mum is still not visiting and Deonyuk's mother says she should see her son. When she does visit she scolds Skyler and says that she has thought about killing him and herself due to her husband no longer loving her or being at home.
- We see Skyler, Deonyuk and Deonyuk's mother attending therapy for Skyler. Deonyuk encourages Skyler to attend these sessions which he is anxious about.
- When they move into the next stage of school Deonyuk is bullied for his name. At a class project the children have to write their names on labels and Deonyuk leaves his blank. He complains to his parents about his name. Skyler secretly goes up to the label (it was to identify their pot plant) and writes the name "Starry " on it. Saying that because he is the sky, Deonyuk is the stars.
- Skyler gets sad that Deonyuk fancies some girl in their class.
Basically Skyler's mum is a selfish awful parent. Deonyuk's mum is a sweetie and Skyler loves Deonyuk and he has played a huge part in Skyler gaining confidence and Deonyuk's family gave Skyler the supportive loving home he has never experienced with his own biological family.
It's Yeonduk not Deonyuk. You wouldn't want to hurt Yeonduk's feelings by calling his name in the wrong way, right? Hahaha
Indeed, apologies!
excuse me the fuck you uncultured swine his NAME IS STARRY
(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ ヽ(`Д´)ノ
thank you so much for taking your time to write this :')
No Yeonduk's mom is not a sweetie. She let her child be tormented because of Skyler's mother which was what lead to Skyler tormenting Yeonduk and forcing him to do things that he didn't want to do because of that.
*and she forced him to do things that he didn't want to do
What did she force Yeonduk to do? From her perspective she views Skyler almost like a son, at at some point he went back to live with his biological mother. Yeonduk's mum knows that Skyler's home environment isn't healthy therefore still wants to maintain a connection with him as a sort of safeguard. Getting her son, who she thinks is like Skyler's brother and friend to accompany him and go to his house in her eyes isn't a problem, and it wouldn't usually be considered so. Skyler's mother likes to think she is superior over others and that she has made people. You see that in her abusive relationship with Yeonduk's mother, as well as with her own son. Therefore she started to give money to Yeonduk's family in order to care for Skyler, as well as recommended Yeonduk's dad to apply for a job at her husbands company. This involves the dad not being at home much, which Skyler's mum is likely happy about, as her own husband is rarely at home (all though this is due to choice, he hates his wife and son). She wants others to be as unhappy as she is.
Yeonduk's parents took in a child from an abusive environment that was experiencing some severe health problems. They treated that child like another family member, encouraged their son to treat Skyler as a friend and essentially empowered Skyler to be able to speak, develop social skills and improve his physical health.
Skyler obviously doesn't like his mother so from his eyes, he views the connection she still controls with Yeonduk's mother and Yeonduk as traitorous. Skyler doesn't hate Yeonduk, but as a child of an abusive household his behaviour which may at first appear cold needs investigation. Just as it was revealed that he felt a great deal of affection and devotion to Yeonduk since childhood. Yeonduk's mother is behaving like a parent, but because the narrator (Yeonduk) is a teenager he is conflicted about authority figures and doesn't yet have emotional maturity leading to him, like Skyler behaving as you would expect in a reactive fashion at times.
I don't think Yeonduk's mother is a good person. She babysits Skyler's mother in exchange for money and a better job for her husband, and even took the innocent Yeonduk in the middle of it.
In the end she helped Mrs. Seo transform Yeonduk into her little bitch and ruin the friendship that existed between him and Skyler.
Not sure you could say she "babysits" her. Yeonduks's mum listens to Skyler's mother whinge about her problems and keeps an eye on her son as she knows the mother has alcohol abuse issues and is abusive to Skyler. Yeonduck's dad's connections are that he just worked in the same company as Skyler's dad, but Skyler's mum sees this as SHE got him the job and everyone should be grateful to HER. This is just because she is insecure and is trying to maintain a sense of superiority and control over her life which in reality is being subsidised by her cheating ex husband and her ex mother in law. Yeonduck isn't anyone's "little bitch", he is still a kid therefore it is correct that his mother is still asking him to help him out with errands. She thinks Skyler and Yeonduck are friends, and was basically Skyler's foster mother for years so therefore getting Yeonduck to pop in to Skyler's to make sure he is all right and to keep him company isn't wrong.
This sound good but you ate forgetting the fact throat she enjoyed all the things Skyler's mom pay for her, like the spa and haircuts that are mentioned on the first chapter.
While I don't think he is that awful, she isn't the saint you are making her being with your comment. She definitely does some things to get benefits from her "friend"
Some people like to be abusive by trying to financially dominate others, for others to basically become financially reliant on them. They also use money as a means to show superiority. Skyler's mum does this. It looks like she is treating her friend, but her motives are to be abusive. Does Yeonduk's mum get a haircut out if it, yes, but that doesn't mean she isn't also been abused/manipulated. At the end of the day Skyler's mother is in an extremely insecure position, her wealth comes from her husband who is trying to divorce her. When he eventually is able to separate him and his wealth from her, she will be left with very little and won't be able to continue with her lifestyle and using money as a means to abuse others. Also, "saint" is a strong word. Ofcourse no one is 100% good or bad, but as a parent, in comparison to how she raised Skyler she did a far better job at showing love and care than his own bio mum has ever done.
