on one hand- i understand why she reacted like that. she knew part of the storyline but didn’t know it changed, and its her causing the change. she thought the son stepped down from being a “villian” but hahahah. he’s not really being a villian rn though? and he hasn’t really done anything bad.
on the other hand- the fault may lie with the father and son(family). ofc i understand not wanting to show your cruel side to your loved ones however, its not like you can hide it forever without them finding out? they even knew that if she found out, she would react this way. also the fact that they hide a lot of things because its “good for her.”
