They probably used the korean age for the first chapter and then converted it on the chapter 17.

This manga is super incredible. Everytime I read those last chapters it makes me cry like a baby. I mean EVERY DANG TIME.! I Love Love Love this. I'm so glad that even if their past changes they would still end up together. This went straight to my All time Favorites.
