OKAY i'm only a few chapters in and this is so cute. That nanny is horrible and the parents are so neglectful. I fucking hate them all, idk how the parents 100% are yet but even if you are busy people and are kind hearted you're TERRIBLE parents if you leave your children to nannies all the time and just listen to the nanny, rather than checking up on your own child.
I think villanizing partners who are upset their partner is cheating is horrible. I think it's counterproductive and what you read and see in media/comics/movies DOES change your opinion on things even slightly (or make you indifferent).... the original Erin went about things horribly, but at the same time she was a 10 year old kid who didn't know any different then grew up feeling entitled to her husband's affections. It's kind of a lose-lose situation for both the original Erin and Aiden, they met each other too soon in the worst situations. But the original Erin could've been a bitch regardless of the situation anyways who knows LMAO
UPDATE (ch 29): The parents are great, still neglectful like how do you let it get to that point. I get that they went through shit themselves, but I've been in a horribly toxic environment growing up and my mom did everything to get us out of it. IDK man it feels weird that they'd be away and just turn a blind eye.
Also I stand by that I feel bad the original Erin was a kid, but she'd probably still turn the same way with how it's hinted at this point what her family is like: power hungry and selfish. I feel like Aiden is the biggest sweetheart though, he just needed one person to believe in him and show him compassion. I really think it should've been his parents, but I digress.
I just binge read it all with a headache DAMN, this was a roller coaster. Idk if it's the weather or the memory loss arc that gave me the headache, nonetheless this is so good. I love how they look at each other, the undying love in their eyes makes me want a love like theirs. I can only imagine how people who have stuck through with this since the beginning feel, for me it felt like they both fell in love with each other naturally and quickly but for those who had to WAIT for each chapter it must've been like pulling your own wisdom teeth out.

True!!! I don't think it's bad storytelling, I really do think it'd be censorship of certain topics and trying to work around it. My Chinese teacher back in high school would tell me how certain movies would be changed so that people could watch them, or how some movies would be completely banned and it wouldn't be anything bad. The author of Mo Dao Zu Shi (the untamed) risked imprisonment for her books, some say she was detained then released others say it was just the risk of being imprisoned nobody knows 100%. But other authors face the same risks writing comics/books/shows depicting queer relationships. That's why I think because they have to work around trying not to get in trouble with the law, sometimes the storytelling is all over the place.
I'm kinda showing my age, but this chapter Ryuchung kind of reminds me of Inuyasha in the beginning of the series. He was always immature, but as the series went on and he let go of kikyo he began to accept his feelings for kagome. NOW there is no love triangle of THAT velocity, but the immatureness and how he'd act stronger and better than others is what reminds me of Inuyasha.

I hated Tak sooooooo much, but what a complete turn around his character did. It's given me whiplash! The fact he was hurting Sanho during sex before was sad, I mean Sanho was literally HATING it. This is SO good and SO unique! I love this. I do love the usual righteous heroes that we usually see, but this feels so fresh. The art is also so juicy, I enjoy how the female characters actually have different body types without making them grotesque or shaming it. Plus, everyone has such drastically different character designs that it's so easy to tell them apart. The first wife I thought was stunning at first, ofc she made some ugly facial expressions and her personality was horrid but having a traditional korean beauty with the smallest amount of chub on her was refreshing! Usually the women in any sort of comic tend to be super thin, it's something I really appreciate seeing.
I love our mc, I love how he's so badass and the only thing he cares for is revenge.
