This is going to be one of my favorite series ever, I love how expressive this is. It honestly inspired me so much due to the author not feeling the need to be overly detailed with the world but keeping a similar theme. There's no "hey this is how this world works!" It's just how it is, and I find that fun.

How do people dislike the art LMAO i get that everyone has their own preferences... But they're the same people who think the plainest style with barely any attention to detail is the greatest shit. This is a semi-realistic style due to the painting the artist used. The colors are definitely muted, so it's borderline muddy but the artist makes it work. I really like how this artist does eyes, I need to study it more and imitate how they color them bc DANG

imo author draws the characters anatomies like what u would expect from manhuas. basically sharp chin huge shoulders and hands and a same face syndrome. Same faces but color schemes just put on randomized. I don't hate it tho I'm so glad we finally have some unique looking characters tho and not just the usual blonde hair blue eyes or black hair red eyes. it's very unique in that sense and the eyes are gorgeous.
and not to forget the darkskin ml and the way the artist blends the subtle blush. would like to see some variety in skin color tho since I can see some characters were just given the same one as mc bc laziness
Maaaaan Taeju is a nutbag and he's an asshole, but he's gotten so much better around Euihyun. I want someone to love me no matter what I do too like damn that's some unconditional love. They're pretty perfect for each other ngl, the one is a crazy asshole the other beats some sense into him and doesn't forgive him right away.
I love how much of a smartass Taeju is. All of the characters have such intense personalities, they are amazing.
