He may have not been the best person in the entire series, but he somehow tried to redeem himself at the end - which counts. I still hope to see a bit more of him as a changed person.

Nope. I hate this ending. It was rushed. There was no redemption arc, Jitae is a dumbass for forgiving an asshole, and Haejoon deserves to be thrown into a deep ass sea of sharks.
