Hmmm, I don’t think it’s a misunderstanding regarding the succession but more a reflection of society’s prejudices against omegas. MC has to consider how people would treat him after he settles down and when he has a child. Omegas are treated like they can’t lead or hold positions of power and him choosing ML would cement the perception of him as second to his alpha. It’s a really understandable motivation.

I thought I would love this but it felt so vacous, the MC isn’t a very good person. Him getting angry about the ML lying and dropping hints like he doesn’t forgive liars while being a damn liar himself. Also, he was really pushy….

Love this sooo much. The slow burn is utterly perfect, sometimes it’s slow until 10-20 chapters in and the romance resolves too fast but here? Soooo good. The art is amazing too.

Confused by the comments because it feels like Yan gets the meaty (pardon the wording) emotional flashback monologues which matters much more than the physical that Jia gets. I actually thought Yan was the more favored brother and if it’s not 3some than MC would choose him.

Also, the MC is being so selfish and horrible to the twins. I hope this gets resolved asap.

Two characters drawing on each others faces looking angry/bewildered should be a genre of its own because I always freaking click on them. And have had no regrets so far. But seriously there are currently 3 ongoing works with this exact cover.
