Honestly team Grace cause imagine waking up and some bitch is living your life. What’s with these transmigrators being so damn narcissistic. Most transmigrator mcs really never think about the og character they’ve possessed and just start living their life. Like sucks that you had a bad past life or whatever but that doesn’t mean you can steal someone else’s life literally. It’s not even like it becomes a plot point for them to jump over living as someone else. Like in “Unseemly Lady” the fl a transmigrator actually feels bad about living the life of the girl she possesses. She feels bad for her older sister because she’s not her real sister. And it’s not made into someone off thing it’s part of the overarching plot. Or in “Not-Sew-Wicked stepmother” the fl past life and her body dysmorphia bleeds into her new life. It doesn’t do as well of her feeling bad for the og villain that she possessed. But it makes up for it by connecting her past to her new life a empathizing her with the og villain as they both had body dysmorphia. But in here we just see that the fl was transmigrated didn’t give a shit about the og fl. And took her life then started crying when her “friends” left her. (You can’t keep a proper friendship with someone if they’re in-love with you it’s only going to hurt that person and you) If I was Grace/Og Selonia I would’ve asked for my body back first if no then start swinging.

Imo tho, she didn't want to be transmigrated either. I like a story where you can sympathize with the villan, so I think I'll enjoy this being the plot, but I disagree with the idea of mc being arrogant or a problem.
I do agree with you that the author should have given more development towards her original placement into the story, but I don't think she's arrogant for following the story, and I think it's understandable for her to be upset about the loss of friends and a lover (agreement on them not being real friends tho tbh), I'm sure, though the author didn't give us the opportunity to see this, that she built a relationship with them and cared for then. I just hope that later in the story she's not rude to the og fl when she learns of who she is

I didn’t read the novel also so I didn’t know Grace was planning on sacrificing 100s of souls so I’m not going to really touch on that. And Grace is a villain. Villains are meant to have a motive to there actions but not always take the correct way to get it. That’s like the point of villains and what makes them interesting. Like as I said before if I was Grace I’d ask first for my body back then come out swinging. And as a true lover of villains out there sacrificing a 100 souls kinda cunty jk.
As I said numerous amount of times Yeah I understand that the fl may not have wanted to transmigrate there she STILL DID AND TOOK THE OG FL’S LIFE AND SHOWED NO REMORSE OR CARE. Mind you, in the spoilers, they said that the father and Grace was the one who switched the bodies, so I was really confused when you said that it was transmigration and I thought you've read the novel. The FL dad knew Grace is his daughter, and still pretended that he's the kind father to the current one. They say that the dad is associated with dark magicians/evil people. Isn't it safe to assume that Grace is clearly the villainess and yes you love the villainess, you mentioned that countless times but she's just pure evil here based on the spoilers. Grace asking for her life back? In the first place, nothing was explained on how and why she's Grace now, why is she in a new body? Who transmigrated the new FL? The author's way of writing is part of the 'i won't give you the full details in the beginning and will explain it later on' type. Which is good because most of the authors now doesn't know the word 'mystery' and just focused on the characters relationships progression.
Soo I've heard that Grace was the one wanting her soul out. She asked her father to do that so she didn't have to go fight the devil, sleep on hard ground and other subjugation stuff.

The original female lead somehow had knowledge of her future but didn't want to confront the devil. So, she pleaded with her father to swap her soul with someone named Grace, who isn't part of the main story. As a result, the Og Fl's soul ended up in Grace's body, while the Fl's original body was taken over by mc soul.
Then, the original Fl felt jealous and believed that she should be the one receiving the love interests in the story. Essentially, the original Fl stole someone else's body out of selfish motives. She even went to the extent of sacrificing 100 souls just to make her life easier. The main character, who had no choice in the matter, was forcefully dragged into this situation.
So, the question is, what were you expecting the original Fl to do? Should she have ruined the life of the body she currently possesses? But what if the original Fl was innocent and managed to regain her own body, only to find that her life had been completely ruined? What would have been the point of all of this?

Honestly the Fl (Damia) is annoying Her friend Eileen is in trouble and she is doing nothing to help her besides listening to her I get that she has an inferiority complex in their past lives do to being compared to her but that’s not Eileen’s fault and instead of talking to her she just leaves not to mention Eileen also has an inferiority complex with Damia do to her parents always saying she should be smarter but Eileen didn’t drop her unlike Damia and once they’re reincarnated and Damia is made aware of the bad situation Eileen is in she just says anyways I’m gonna get a job in the capital and leaves again if Eileen turns out to be the villain I’m going to be rooting for her
Only up to chapter 15 and I can already tell its another manhwa that’s going to put the blame on the other woman which is such a tiring trope like why do we focus on blaming the other woman who is usually a stranger then the man you have a connection to not just in manhwa’s but in real life the other person who you don’t know is less at fault then your partner who said they’ll be there for you when they broke the promise that stranger made no promise to you. Back to the story why does the Fl have zero friends outside the men why can’t she have girl best friends instead of the harem of men that were so in love with her they didn’t care she was engaged to another dude like can we please get a fl with a loyal friend group that aren’t her maids have no romantic interest in her and preferably a group of ladies. Cause the only thing I can see this Manhwa doing differently then the rest is if the Fl realizes she needs friends that aren’t in love with her and find her some real friends.
I like that she doesn’t have some sad backstory so far as to why she behaves like the way she does but I still want a motivation for her previous actions that doesn’t have to do with someone wronging her or revenge as that trope is overplayed the fl personality is non existent except her thinking she’s pretty and just does crime which just makes an a bitch and not that bitch for example Boa Hancock from one piece a person who is so beautiful that she doesn’t care what crime she commits she will always be forgiven with her that gimmick is taken to the extreme and played off as a joke how she acts doesn’t make her a bitch but The Bitch. With the FL we don’t get that which is fine because if the story goes with a redemption route with her learning that she messed up and now wants to right her wrongs instead of her continuing to be a bad person with the “Wo’ is me someone who I’ve manipulated, gaslit, and treated like shit to get what I want took vengeance on me and now I have to deal with the consequences of my actions so now I must truly go and get back at them even though I kind of deserved it”. Which from the look at ch 8 makes me think it might go that route as the crown prince’s knight literally saw her and did nothing when she is a literal criminal so the story might go the basic route instead of her making amends with her crimes and the people she’s hurt which infuriates because as soon as we see a woman character that opposes her and or steals her man the whole fan base is going to want her head on a stick when she’s lesser evil then the actual fl and also with these manhwas
Of topic why are almost none of the fl have friends that are women that’s they didn’t approach to use/manipulate or are reoccurring characters that always there to be central to the plot and maids don’t count they have to be the same social status because ofc the person you’re paying is going to treat you well its there job and then she has 50 dudes around her saying they besties it’s giving Pick Me behavior
In summary this Fl better have a redemption arc where she realizes she was a piece of shit regardless if she had a sad backstory or not and blame it on someone else and face the consequence of her actions and no being a doll does not make her absolved of her crimes
