Now that the english translation of the novel suddenly disappeared, I can't help but look forward to the manhwa.
To be honest, I can't imagine a character like Lee Hoyeol—or more like Granfell, falling in love. Even if he does end up with someone, it would probably be someone who can see through Granfell and notice Lee Hoyeol, the real personality. Or maybe someone who can stand/match Granfell's formality bullshit and meet his standards.
IMO, id rather not have him a love interest at all if i was the author of this great story. Even without romance, a story can be really great and we can focus on the main characters developnent more as well as the other npc's lore. Just my opinion.

I have mixed feelings towards the crown prince. I kind of find him annoying but also pretty fun at the same time.

I first read this for BL so obviously, I'd hope that the MC ends up with a dude. But seeing him work so hard to avoid all those BL flags the entire story makes me feel bad for him and also wish for him to get his wish and marry a girl (or just stay single for life)
