i may be reaching,, but he sounded like he was actually trying to convince himself rather than na kyum. He looked like he was conflicted with his own feelings, either he doesn't want to acknowledge it or he doesn't know what to label it bcs it's all foreign to him given that he has a bad reputation and has decided to live up to it.

same thought.. the fact seungho was actually bothered by how nakyum wasn't acting as himself shows he is concern. yet, he doesn't seem to know how to act on his feelings.
