When I first started reading it was amazing but when he started talking about loving him as a kid I kinda felt weird while reading but other than that it was a good read and they are very cute together and so happy he waited til he got older

Just in case you didn’t know, Kan-Chan has a whole 10+ chapter sequel to himself called Hadakeru Kaibutsu (monster) and it’s uploaded on this site. And in my opinion, his story is so much better than Yumi’s story. Not that Yumi’s was bad cuz thank god he found someone else who wasn’t downright toxic. And I won’t force you to read his “redemption” arc. But I just wanted to tell you that if you really want the whole story behind Yumi and Kan’s toxic relationship, it’s better to check out Kan’s side as well because it goes much deeper than this story and it really gives a finality to Yumi’s story as well.
This author is probably the ONLY author I know who managed a redemption arc without glorifying anything and gave absolutely no shits when it came to calling out Kan for his toxic behavior and STILL managed to give both Yumi and Kan a satisfying end with complete character development. I hope you do try checking it out at least.
