Since I heard that the author planned for only one of the twins to end up with Oto, I've been trying to keep track of how they interact... it get's confusing lol
In Vol 4, 3.1 Oto interacted more with Yuu, and in 3.2 Yuu was the one initially on the phone with him, but it was Shuu that jumped in and volunteered to deliver the food. Now it feels like the pairing is leaning more towards Shuu. Which I don't mind
