No, this is VASTLY superior. Raoul doesn't use innocent people to exact his revenge, he doesn't want to harm innocent bystanders and, most importantly, his revenge, nor his persona, is warped by sexual urges and lust.
Sure, the cover is a little suggestive, but that's all it is. If he did utilize sex as a revenge, I think he'd use devices rather than, well, his own "device".
Also, unlike the MC of Redo of a Healer, this MC is adorable. Even when he gets "scary face" he's pretty cute in a way.

To be fair though, I don't think Raoul was drugged and r*ped. His experiences are a lot milder in comparison, but only if you trivialize psychological and emotional torture. Somehow, if something similar occured, I still don't think he'd do what that sicko in RoaH did.
