they literally met when she was polishing his shoes in FIRST chapter and then they made a deal but well: they are in contractual relationship where she has to pretend to be his sister so he doesn't have to marry that crazy ass bitch. And they are planning on doing that by marrying her (the FL) to that crazy ass’s brother. The bro thinks his grandma wants him to marry the crazy psycho (and maybe she does, that one chapter didnt really show her much), so i think even in the contract it says she has to pretend to be his sis even before her. And make sure grandma believes her but well she doesn't hence the questions, if they were in love (they are not related tho with all we know now) and she was introduced to the society as his sister and then they fucked or smt it would be seen as incest and scandalous behaviour… but rn it might be possible to “remove” her from their family put her into another, and then she and cesar or whatever his name is can get married and be happily ever after. /this is what i got from reading/ if anything i think she will be related to that guy from earlier chapters which the ML helped become king from the other nation.
