richard is fighting henry vii (tudor) at the battle of bosworth & is losing because his backup betrays him & also bc tudor isn't actually at the battle, his body double is. then richard goes on one of his looong "waah im all alone everyone hates me " monologues & he thinks hes about to die but henry vi (the ex bf/ james tyrrell) takes his place and rides into battle pretending to be him. the whole richard kissing richard bit is about richard finally accepting and loving himself without needing to be king or proving himself as anything other than who he actually is. henry vi dies in richard's place and catesby rides off with richard into the sunset
Yet he still dies at the end right?
no he just says he wants to rest for now
the ending is up to interpretation, but imo i think he died! js based off the actual battle of bosworth, richard ||| dies in battle, so im assuming the story would follow that
As an Iraqian woman who survived war , i can relate to this way too much . It was portrayed almost a 100% correctly
The author really dk how to write a decent story... I'm dropping this.
