am i crazy for empathizing with yul? bro had it rough. obviously, he was a horrible bf. but i do feel bad for him. i don’t like how the author made it so he’d never fall in love again. he’s never truly healed. poor guy. i wish he could’ve found a healthy happy love :(
also… i don’t like the guy she ended up with. he feels kinda shallow and the story felt like a.. “oh you’re so different and not like other girls” and lowkey pushed a bit of misogynistic ideals?? like she was a normal girl who is afraid of men. but, he liked her because she was “sincere” (direct quote).. like… he had never met a sincere woman before? after sleeping with like thousands of women? idk. just rubbed me the wrong way. （￣へ￣）
The author def didn’t develop his backstory enough. I felt like something more to his character was brewing, but the author forgot abt it. But hey, at least he’s a good guy o sian, and honestly sleeping around isn’t bad. It’s socially looked down upon, but being in consenting relationships at a frequent pace is honestly not anything terrible
see i have no issues with sleeping around at all! as long as ur getting ur health screenings who am i to judge? but, my main point with that was he’s clearly met a lot of women.. and she’s the ONLY woman he’s ever met that was sincere? just seems like a weird plot point to be like “she’s so different” when the reality is a sincere woman isn’t hard to find. felt slightly misogynistic and outdated of a concept. once again, glad sian is able to be happy! he treats her nicely. just wish we got to know more about him that way we could see him as a better guy.
You bring a very valid point! That type of mentality is definitely very rooted in misogyny and insecurity. Which, i believe he def struggled with, for a lack of a better word.
i put off reading this because i wanted to save it until it was completed. this was hands down one of my favorite reads. siyun is my ideal male lead. jeongmin is very endearing too! i love how she loves and accepts the crazy side of him. if she didn’t i would not have enjoyed this as much. it’s also always been SUPER obvious that blondie was always in love with jeongmin (especially funny when you consider how siyun TOTALLY noticed that back in the highschool scene). seriously one of the best i’ve read. so so so glad. love it so much.
what an adorable and heart touching webtoon. I hate to brag, but this really does remind me of me and my boyfriend. We look like the main characters and he especially acts like jaeha. i’m beyond grateful. i thought this story was super sweet and super endearing. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
so i really enjoyed this! i had picked it up and dropped it many times over because the art style wasn’t my cup of tea. however, i really enjoyed it. rose and leo confuse me just a bit because rose is attracted to the fact that leo looks like her dad??? weird. chae and yoonsoo are adorable. i love that he’s kinda toxic and possessive. i kinda wish we had a real ending for them. will yoonsoo continue eternity without chae? will he consume geurims blood to become human and join her in the afterlife? i really wish we got answers for that. that aspect left my heart unfulfilled. i also kinda wished chae would become a vampire but i guess it would be unlike her to do so.
i loved this one! super good! female lead eventually stands up for herself! yay! but, idk if anyone else caught this but at the very start the female lead insinuates fetechou was going to be “bad” for her. that never happened. so, maybe the author changed the plot halfway through? i’m not entirely sure. i really liked this though!

this started out so good. the ending felt rushed and stupid. i understand, and had a suspicion, that it was him.. but it’s just ridiculous how it actually was the ending. like, she killed him, but turns out she didn’t actually kill him because she never used the correct bullet. so now she’s just been stalked since? that’s not an ending?? this was done horribly and after the author took a hiatus it seems like they just rushed to finish the story to be done with it.
this is so good. story is amazing and the possessiveness of the ML is to die for (lol) any suggestions on a kdrama or another completed manhwa like this would be greatly appreciated ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

It doesn’t get better quickly. It’s slow and agonizing but to be fair— that’s way more realistic. She eventually does move on (spoiler) but it isn’t easy for her. I would definitely say it’s still worth it! She’s not irrational about it or anything.
It is very worth it. The story is quite realistic for me and that's why we stay for this despite the ex husband being an a$s. You need to ride with us (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
i liked this a lot. it was very cute and a quick read. the story felt kinda half baked but it was nice. i don’t think the main love interests ever even kissed though?? also a lot of unanswered questions. what happened to the evil female lead? also what about the dad kissing the other woman?? we never heard about that at all. just felt unfinished at certain points.
