I bet even if agatho hit him with a morning star on his head, he would still get up just fine. Mans is fucked in his brain. He needs to die, and the only way to be sure is for him to go through decapitation either by axing or guillotine. If I was in this situation, I would beg him to just kill me. I can’t believe smn have to go through these even if its not real, it probably did happen in rl.
The duke is biased with his decisions because he was emotionally hurt after making some stupid ass assumptions. I wish for him to at least feel humiliated after this. His aspect of the tutor is completely based on what he feel rather than what is factual. At time like this, he should just care about finding them both rather than trying to frame someone >:(
I’m still annoyed by the fact that he(Keith) restrained himself from admitting that he’s in love and went manwhoring with some other fwb. I would have actually feel at ease if he didn’t take turns and instead just walk on a straight line and be responsible of everything he did, he is now, so I am a bit happy of how things are turning. But the memories of him r4ping and fuck1ng the uke and treating him as if he was just some kind of a candy treat still makes me mad. I have no right to either hold grudge or feel sorry for Keith because I didn’t go through any of that shit. Honestly, I just dislike keith, I cant bring myself to like him. He’s not a person I would imagine being friendly with, more likely to fight. But if uke thinks he is making the right decision and is happy with the turn outs, then I’ll try to accept how it is now. It doesn’t mean I trust Keith at all either. I just wish for the uke to live a harmless life.

From my perspective, I perceive Lattile as an evil and petty character. I love evil women, yet I find this whole setting a bit wrong. I’m not against anything she’s doing right now, reverse harem or what not. Instead, I’m loving it. In contrast to that though, the reasoning behind her doings is a bit facile, a bit shallow. Vengeance? Seriously?
Her ex lover left her in order to pursue his duty as an emperor for a country and married the runaway princess. Although I do have to say that it is a bit much for him to request her to remain untouched for another 5 years while sharing his bed with another woman.
I wouldn’t have minded if she did it because she wanted to, but well. Things are done (and better be because Im quite liking this reverse harem thing).
I have another issue, or rather annoyed at the emperor. For one thing, emperor is quite selfish. He chose to carry out this duty and had the nerve to make Lattile wait for him. I guess she could, but that’s her choice.
She have the option whether to engage in this “waiting game” or not. I suppose emperor disregarded the fact that Lattile would be similar to a useless and powerless princess if she let herself halter into the void. 5 years is a long time, anything could happen in that period of time.
If she waited, she will have to live that 5 years of her live sitting and waiting for the emperor to return. Her main purpose of living would be to love. Nothing wrong with that, but her life will be dull. It’ll only filled with black and white. Love is a beautiful thing, but waiting for it counts as delaying your progress of life. To love is a one sided thing, emperor will be busy doing his things while Lattile will be there just existing. It’s unfair.
I summarized my pov and concluded that this turn of events is actually a good thing. There will be a whole journey for her to ride through. It’s good due to the fact that she will continue to improvise. Anyways cheers <3.
Love this take of yours.
And yeah is the guy for real "wait for five years untouched whilst I'm with another woman whom I'm expected to give a child with" faking hell that hurts.
Petty and stupid revenge plot but I'm still cheering her on.
I like how they show all backgrounds too, making me not really hate on any of them, even the guys bride seems kind likeable.
She’s not evil but emotional
you can be evil and emotional at the same time, isnt that the most common traits for most villains anyways
Couldn’t agree more, plus, ignoring sexist taboos, “male concubines” for instance is quite an attractive thing to bring about.
Also I see no mention of him helping her with that 3 year revolution...meaning if he expected her to be a pitiful princess she would have died, unless he was expecting her to go running to him.
Not only that but I truly don't understand why he *had* to marry that girl. He just needed the Duke to help him and the Duke would only help him if he promised to marry his daughter....but then he could have thrown the Duke in jail the second the war was over.
*Also* he seems to have accepted multiple concubines from multiple nations by this point (even one from her kingdom!) Which I again see as unnecessary (they say it's for stronger nation ties but im pretty sure he could have used "we just had a revolution" as an excuse)
However I personally disagree with considering her to be evil. Her desire for multiple partners isn't only for revenge (sending a request for a concubine from him definitely was), but to kinda show the other royals she's not a push over, and to get over him in general as well.
While probably not "moral" in terms of our modern way of thinking, multiple partners, even for something as mundane as getting over someone, isn't something I would consider evil.
If anything I will consider the fact that she did order the death of her half brother...but again that's where the question of morality and what we consider good and bad comes into play. She's right, if she showed mercy then they would have instantly tried to over throw her once again (especially now that we know there was possibly another nation who was willing to help him).
(I'm completely agree with you in everything else though and I'm sorry if this came off as an argument, you just made some super good points and I wanted to add my two cents)
haha it’s alright. I’m only stating my opinions, and I value other’s as well. feel free to state more, I really appreciate it.
