If Heesoo is dependent on Mr Cha it is because of his attachment issues. Mr Cha never wanted Heesoo to be dependent on him but simply wanted to help because of his responsibility sense.
And Heesoo's actions are not due to hatred towards Mr Cha BUT the hatred towards the situations where he will be left alone (given that Mr Cha will leave him).
It has indeed started wrongly but it doesn't justify in any way Heesoo's actions.
Yes he made him believe I m the only one who can understand you accept for you who are and in next scene he leaves him. That's wrong part of him but he didn't deserve to get stab though.
