When Uke is in his own body.
The Old Fart swapped his soul into the emperor.
But before that, the Old Fart purposely reveal his criminal activity so that he will be captured into prison and sentenced to death.
That way, after Old Fart soul swapped with the Emperor, the Emperor who is in the Old Fart body cannot do anything inside the prison guarded heavily.
And the Ninjas will have hard times to rescue Emperor since by the time they realised what truly happened, there’s only 30 minutes left before the Emperor (inside OldFart body) will get the head chopped.
With only 30 minutes left, it’s hard to rescue the body, and not enough time to find a way to swap the soul back….
