3. The captain “protecting his knights” is kinda weird to me. Let’s say one of his knights wanted to marry her. He has to right to say they can or cannot. and conversely, he doesn’t have any right to say she can’t marry his knights either even if he wants her, esp after he already rejected her. Our ml is in serious denial. He wants her but his pride won’t allow him to say it.
