Since this hasn't been updated since 2017, I'm guessing it was dropped? I speak some Japanese but can't read it so want to practice and was thinking of picking up a dropped scan to do so. Would there be any opposition if I did so with this one? It might take a bit but I'm willing to give it a shot.

I don't think Noah is strong enough to formulate a "plan". He's been controlled by that sleaze the majority of his life, that guy just chose that word to drive Noah and Doc apart and keep Noah docile. Its typical controlling abusive behavior.

I kinda feel like neither Kazuma nor Rei are the primary, the one with the unbuttoned shirt and necklace is (don't remember his name). They're just two pieces of him and he doesn't know how to be whole. Yuuma loves traits in both of them, and when necklace guy realizes this maybe Kazuma and Rei will unify. But thats only my theory.
This is the most twisted version of Fruits Basket and I love it lol. I actually think the pet shop owner is the cat or the "god" who orchestrates and oversees the zodiacs. Either way I'm loving this twisted story.

OK for those of you who are confused, the original couple of Blood Link was Lee Bin (vampire) and Hwa Gok (lycan now vampire). Lee Bin has also been called Michael by his father. They had a gorgeous baby boy named Lee Hwa who is a hybrid and is the same, Seol-Hyun is the uke who is actually a female pureblood lycan and pregnant with 3 babies. Khaki is Lee Bin's father. His current lover is Ino (the white wolf) who is like an uncle to both Hwa and Seol-Hyun. Hope this helps some of you (I had to edit it cause I made a mistake)
