    My thoughts exactly. And wasn't the earl there when allen tried to revive mana? And at that time wasn't nea in allen (since allen 'became' a child )

    maybe the earl at the beggining was the "Heart" since it's the other "character" we don't know anything about, the heart might be like the priest inocence dude (forgot his name) and the "Heart" might have been the one how killed Nea.
