I effing hate the whole "ah that was def a dream and did not happen" type of misunderstanding because it's utterly dumb and would never happen with anyone with any common sense. Like you'd at least want to check if it was a dream or not right???
Also, I've had dreams that felt intense and made me think they really happened for a few seconds but I've never had real things that felt "dream-like", because dreams and reality feel ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. It's a bit like that trope of how half the mc's in manhwa lucid dream for some reason, can always tell they are in a dream and EVEN COMMENT ON IT LIKE-
Ughhhhh I hate this kind of stuff because it takes me out of the story...

So I haven't read a lot of guideverse but if anyone is into it why are espers always eventually going yandere is that like a genre staple? lol

Because canonically, espers feel a sense of possession over their guide and the higher the compatibility, the more that effect is amplified. While this is general, for this specific manhwa, I don’t know the whole background but it should follow the same pattern. Not to mention, the higher the rank of the esper, the more prone they are to being crazy and psychotic because they have a hard time finding guides that fit them so the after effect of their powers is stronger and more common to them. In short, they’re more unstable. In reality, why are the seme yanderes? Cause the author loves it, and we love it.
ugh I love how wholesome they are ~
