I think this manga needs a trigger warning or at least a tag for rape, I normally don't get triggered by manga but I legit burst out crying at that chapter that he blamed the uke for getting raped and telling him that he "should have just taken it cause that's what omegas do" or whatever.

Idk this seems like something that could happen in real life. People fuck up, doesn't mean that's all they are. Personally if my partner cheated on me I'd be devastated, more because they hid it from me than because they did it though. It just breaks apart the trust between a couple. I don't own someone's body, it doesn't belong to me, but I'd think, why did they not tell me when they fucked up? What made them fuck up? And why did they keep on doing it? It's basically a betrayal of trust.
I think the whole plot is that here the uke can't tell Natsurou, because the affair means a lot to him. It's not a stupid mistake, and that's the reason it happened in the first place, it's a freaking big one that shakes his feelings. Again, this is NOT an excuse.
