so Im an ignorant little bird and please excuse me for that, I read the first 2 chapters a while ago and felt like this manga wasn't for me, but with so few shoujo getting adapted I jumped at the chance to watch this.

So many ppl whose taste I respect love this manga but I honestly don't get it!! The man is a bunch of red flags in a trench coat!! What do you mean he has a shrine about her?!?!? Curtain's blue too, feels like Bluebeard's room or something! I'm not one to nitpick about "problematic" things but he clearly is lovebombing her and is showing some disturbing behaviour!! I do not get how this isn't just an evolution of the "he's a prick but I can fix him" trope that old misogynist shoujo manga had, but this time he's like a yandere!

This series was recommended to me as realistic and nuanced with wonderful characters who go through immense character development, but isnt this just romanticising excusing people's actions that push your boundaries as long as you "make them change through love"?

I am not dropping this anime for now and wanted to read the series too, but I'm just baffled here. What am I missing? Does it get better fast? Cause his behavior really gives me goosebumps all the time! Help!!! Please give me some soft spoiler hints!!（/TДT)/

I really like this story because it really shows something most bl smut don't talk about. You don't need some big sex trauma to be afraid of sex, many people are insecure about what they are like during sex, what their bodies look like, what kinda faces or sounds they make, their rhythm or their stamina or how well they can understand their partner's body cues. Most ppl end up having a bunch of shitty sex till they get to enjoying it, some never learn to like it much either.

In yaoi it's like everyone's a virgin who has the sexual talents of some highly experienced person, they're a bunch of medical mysteries lol. It's fine cause it's fantasy ofc, but sometimes having a more honest story like this is so refreshing! Also there is something so attractive about having affirming sex with someone more experienced who teaches you the ropes and praises you when you do well ~ I feel like this mangaka actually gets what makes sex fun, her smut scenes are always so meticulous and detailed!

honestly dont mind the braindead plot necessarily but it just has 0 appeal ~ it goes way too fast and smoothly and it doesn't feel like either of these people are interesting to follow or like there's much of a way for them to evolve. Smut's ok but the appeal for me is usually the framing around the smut.

Also this "straight" virgin sure accepted having to fuck a random twink for money quite easily it's just not even slightly believable, it makes you feel like everything is just a flimsy excuse for a plot. If I didn't care about a story I'd just watch porn man...

I'm looking for an old horror-ish shoujo or josei that's about a girl who meets a vampire and it turns out she is his reincarnated vampire lover, and they have this vicious cycle romance where one of them always dies or something. I remember in the end it shows that their world (or ours?) is created by these children who create worlds and lives and one child made this story of these two souls intertwined but the child thinks it's beautiful how warped it is so it keeps their story tragic like that.

The title is something like at the end of the world or something of that sort
