No, Hugo is the only love interest. Which is so lovely. There are males that think she's gorgeous but you never really know who they are because Hugo immediately stops their advances. The only male "obstacle" (not really an obstacle more like an annoyance) is the king's (Lucia's half brother) brother in law. He falls in love with the Duchess and sees himself as a rival to the Duke, even though he is obviously less superior and he is the only one who doesn't realize this. He does some major stupid stuff, but Lucia never looks his way and in terms of love he never comes between Lucia and Hugo.

Gosh, you are correct. I read the one where he was hypnotised and then this one, I am pretty sure there was another one but I didn't read it, and man, the personality change is pretty huge, not to mention he is much more submissive as opposed to fighting back like in the hypnotising one- The countless times he has been raped by many people sure as hell had an affect on his mentality, poor boy... This is more tragic if you know the full story, otherwise this manga is just about a slutty boy, and many read it unbeknowest it has a prequel actually making sense as to why he ended up as such a sex/masturbating addict.
