Just guessing but I think her being an F-rank could be because the cat took her identity and that basically ‘resets’ her status/experience? Like, maybe she needs to start over because she's now with a new name & identity. It just seems sus how the contract needs the cat to take her name so I figured maybe that's an important plot point.

I’m only on chapter 5 but the MC is so stupid but it’s funny. If you don’t rlly care for seriousness in stories then this is a good “refresher” since I feel like it’s mostly comedy with how silly it is. At least I find it silly bc of how naive the MC is so it’s hard to take seriously
