I know there are a least 8 volumes that are printed, I hope this manga updates soon, I want to know if Yuri answers his confession. In volume 8 I was sure they'd get together cause he was the only one who could make her upset (don't remember where but it was along the lines of telling him to but out {though she never got mad at any of her BFs} ) but it turned out Yuri considered him a princess while Makoto is the prince.

I feel like this story was only a small chapter to there romance, I'd like more. I think they defiantly like each other and there's a high probability they get together (though I know she will never confess {unless there were unusual circumstances} so he'll have to confess).
