Is this the nsfw version of season 2 only? Not season 1? does the original kings maker w the shounen ai tag include season 1 and 2?

So yeah this is only the second season of Kings maker, nsfw edition, while the other Kings maker includes both seasons. That means that if you want to read Kings maker you should read the other one first!

Read the shounen ai first up til chapter 37.5 because thats where the prologue ends then you can read this one since it's the same as the other one except with spicy scenes

I'd suggest the manga first. I prefer its art style and dialogue. What I like about the anime is that it helps you visualize and understand their techniques more.

I watched the anime first. I fell in love with the plot and couldn't wait to see how the narrative progressed, so I started reading the manga. There are only 7 episodes out in the anime right now (covers till around chapter 16 or so) in contrast with 130 manga chapters. Totally possible to do both simultaneously, which you'll inevitably end up doing anyways.

Chowon is a dominant omega who was raised very strictly since his childhood. When he became an adult he was married to Dojun (the main seme's older brother). But since Dojun did not have feelings for Chowon he decided to divorce with Chowon. This made Chowon very angry and he became short tempered.

After a years when he sees byul (main seme and uke's kid he just kind of ignores him) because to him it no one mattered except Dojun.

Now After their divorce Dojun starts sleeping with Heesoo, a beta who was also a childhood friend of main seme. They fall in love.

Watching them Chowon gets very jealous and decides to hire some people to rape Heesoo so Dojun will not want him. But his plan fails as Dojun comes to save Heesoo.

This are the major things that were done by Chowon. I also don't remember much as I started reading this manga from February XF and only read the updates now.
