Manhua is Chinese and is read right to left like manga. This is Korean so it's manhwa. Manhwa is usually read left to right, but not always. In this case, it's read right to left so you read it in the correct order. If you tried reading it left to right, it would be more awkward. I don't know why the read order isn't consistent with manhwa. Usually, when I am reading manhwa, I'll start with the assumption it is read left to right but when I'm wrong, I usually notice within a few pages. The first time I read this manhwa was the first time I ran into this situation, and it confused me. I started left to right and soon realized I had the read order wrong. Then I wondered if this was really Korean and did some digging etc.
