It’s always different with every author. The general consensus was that betas were like normal humans, and alphas and omegas were the rare percentage. This meant only an alpha or another omega could get an omega pregnant. But then some stories break this I think so who knows

Well I have read many aob verse and as u cna tell aob verse dont have fixed rules so in some betas can get pregnant, omega omega can be together, alpha can mark many omegas and have many attachments where as in some omegas can mark many aphas and have many attachments . so u cnat really tell if they can get pregnant or not
