I think so, part a frustration he's been refused and largely I think anger at the prospect of other ppl sleeping with Euihyun.
I personally find the way he acted with the brother scene to be horrible : he immediately brings EH there so zero mental preparation, no explanation whatsoever just thrown into the bed - this didn't look like someone who wanted a new worker in the brother to get some money back, that looked that something done out of spite, a sort of revenge. And that experience basically kinda deprived EH of a real "choice" between the brothel or Taeju : not only was this choice terrible to begin with, but the brothel option was kinda eliminated by making it so abrupt.

yes! taeju wanted to monopolize euihyun for himself but wasn’t ready to admit that, and from that chapter he was already in a shit mood because of arguing/fighting with his cousin. tae was pretty much ready to explode on the first thing he thought he had control over, so when euihyun didn’t follow suit and wanted to “share himself” he actually snapped and took out all his feelings on him :/
like all the resentment, anger, annoyance, bitterness, and indifference piled on euihyun even though it wasn’t directly his fault- he was only caught up in it and it’s violence

Exactly. I was actually curious about this and so I asked someone who's knowledgeable of laws. They said its going to be really hard to make the suing possible. Big issues when it comes to a lawsuit or threat involving foreign is jurisdiction, and the laws of the country the person you're suing is from.
