his main goal seems to be creating a town with the basic things functioning towns need, like a doctor and children, a school with teachers, a working community, etc. however, he doesn't consider the people individually and treats them as if they are his herd of sheep by not allowing them privacy, killing them off once one of them seems “bad”, and still feeling attached to them but not in a normal wh idk…
