well it could be considered both since it was originally shonen ai but then the author also released separate mature versions of some of the episodes. since their labeled, you could skip the mature episodes (as they have the same story as the shonen ai version so you wouldn’t be missing out on anything story wise) and the story would just remain shonen ai
