yeah but he was smart enough to be manipulated. so he wasn’t really being manipulated, he was just following along with char’s wishes and stuff (cuz i’m pretty sure if you’re aware you’re not being manipulated like in this case)

And yes she was 2 years older but she also had 400 years of memory and knowledge, she took advantage of him, sure he wasnt perfect and he may go on to do shitty things but he also went on to do great things and she feels guilt by what she did to him to get what she wanted.

Doesnt always have to have sexual abuse quotations to it, its just its best descriptor.
Our MC did a not so great thing to get what she wanted and she knows it, now karma is coming back to bite her for it, its good writing. No need to feel uncomfortable by it, it is what it is.
