ok i read some comments and the description of this kinda makes me nervous and i was just about to start reading when i realised this is the same author that wrote 'escape into oblivion' and that was some SCREWED UP shit which was alr in the end but still,,, is chew and swallow a worthy read?
This made me feel things I dream about and regret, it hurts to a weird level it Annoyed me, I couldn’t stand it but couldn’t stop either way, I just glance at the number of the chapter I was and thought “damn, there’s still a long way to go” I didn’t know what I wanted, I didn’t know if I liked it, this shit is so deep I started to wonder things inside my head may be twisted for me to understand and try to relate, and when I finished it, I couldn’t help but to feel empty, wondering if should I read it again or what, but with a little more time, started to feel good and happy, this is a masterpiece, for me, this is art, this is unique and this is better than escape into oblivion
FINALLY a plot that's actually structured beautifully that's meaningful! none of the characters have loose ends, and it was just so beautiful to learn more about it.
best part was, the book's synopsis and everything is about taejun, and taejun's plot is continued consistently throughout the whole story. ugh i loved this a lot
ugh the more i see joowon & haesoo's hs lives the more uncomfortable i get bc it just highlights the peak of how screwed
the dynamics of their relationship is
honestly hyunjin & jeongyeon are such a solid couple so it would've hurt to see them drift apart, but also sunwoo has such a good heart ugh i really wish he could find his own happily ever after
