It was like three pages and it was a scene where our MC was facing down and a choice popped up if he wanted to take his own life. That’s it!! Like what happened??

ML (guy with a tan and white hair) has a damaged heart and needs the doctor (guy filled with scars in chap 33) to cure him.
ML told his servant (guy with white hair and side bangs) to look for the doctor. Note that neither of them know how the doctor looks.
ML lent the compass to the servant so the servant can find the doctor. But, servant betrayed ML.
Servant lent the compass to the murderer (guy with yellow-green hair who was holding the compass at chap 33) and had the murderer kill the doctor.
Servant did not know that the doctor did not actually die. It was just a dummy that the doctor created.
Now at chap 33, doctor, servant, and ML are in a room trying to figure out the situation. Who to trust, what happened, who are these people, etc.
(This was based on my understanding) hehe sankyu for reading and making it this far hahaha
