Well, I think the "everyone miss them and want update" audience you're referring to are those that didn't sped read and understood some underlying themes of the yaoi. Plus anybody else aside you and that other commenter already knows that the MC is not really stupid because as I said, they didn't sped read the yaoi up to its season end. The reason is not heavily implemented, but if you just try to understand it, you'll get it eventually.

Dude, i also just sped read this and while yeah it’s nothing special(hard to really find in yaoi’s tho) it’s cute. Idk if you need so convoluted plot or something thought provoking to enjoy but it really isn’t as bad as you make it seem(and again unlikely in yaoi). Basic plot, sure but it’s fairly light hearted with some heavy backstory. Idk you’re putting a lot of hate into a 7/10 manhwa.
