The kdrama is non romance but I'm sure it'll have a pretty similar ending in the manhwa. the og mc didn't want to come back and live in his body so he lets the gangster live in it. In the last ep of the kdrama they were college students and seme was fully aware of the gangster not being the og mc but they were really good friends and it was wholesome! so uhh they're prob just gonna date in this for the ending which yeah I agree is a bit weird
So what happened to the original mc
He goes to the Afterlife because he was sick of living
That's so sad I was hoping he got to live his next life free of past bindings but oh well
It made me upset too because it really was all the bullies fault for making og mc choose that decision
The ONLY way to save this story is if he escapes like can the ukes win for ONCE like honestly this can end in 30 chapters no need to drag manhwas with awful scenarios (I don't even put this on my I'm reading list but I keep up with it just to see what happens LOL)

i had a similar reaction to "love or hate" where overall, the dynamic between the mc and the 2nd male lead was good but the author made him a villain last minute just to push the mc and his step-bro together. it's painful to see story with potential being ruined by author with step-incest kink. i even got hate when I complained about it lmao.
