It's always hard to figure someone out. In his case, he just got used to giving people what he thinks they want. People can't always change in a fucking snap. There isn't always a time where we can check both sides and like both.
This is beautiful but i love the cat story. i honestly thought he would turn into a human and be the human's lover instead. but knowing that he's just a cat and those two ended up with each other feels good.
but also me: nope. it's better they stay like this. they go way beyond labels.
This is appropriate to be animated, pleasseee. Make it an isekai, bl, fantasy anime and so on ehehehe. I think this will be very good.
