the ending was SO bittersweet to me. like throughout the last chapters they just kept emphasizing their insecurities and problems that i seriously felt like something bad was gonna happen. but no. thats just REALLY how relationships are. no matter if youre gay, straight, married, etc. relationships can ALWAYS be broken and so the last monologue saying "i'll love you until i cant" has so much meaning. i think i found it bitter because im very much used to shoujos so ending with such uncertainty didnt hit well for me. but i realized its actually the opposite. thats its charm. its so realistic that i found it frightening because at some point im gonna have to experience this and im gonna have to live with the fact that the real world INDEED has takebacks because thats just how human we are. we want things and then we dont and then we want them again. in the end, we'll just have to be satisfied with something. we'll just have to be content for the sake of living

Hal (brown hair dude)
He will become a royal knight in order to gather information from the emperor (he's the antagonist) to help Lippe and Rias in defeatin him. Lippe will reject him (:c) but they'll remain really close friends.
Hildert (platinum blonde hair dude)
After Rias overthrows his uncle, the emperor, Hildert will be his political advisor/minister. Lippe will also reject him.
Yurian (pink hair dude)
His mother will divorce her husband. She will also get medication and apologize for everything she's done to her son. Yurian will basically have the family he's always wanted and finally be happy.
Asterias (blue hair dude)
Rias, with the help of Lippe, will kill his uncle and become emperor. He will then marry Lippe and they will have twins.

ok so like there's this korean girl who meets a dark magician. this dark magician transfers her into the fantasy world of a novel where she becomes "beatrice". in that life, beatrice is the main character so everything good happens to her. beatrice has a friend named "raeliana" but raeliana dies quite young because she's just a side character of the novel. so the events of beatrice's life/novel continue and then the novel ends. after that, everything goes back to the beginning of the novel, a new timeline. but it just so happens that this time, it's different.
raeliana in the new timeline does not die because she starts making contact with the dark magician. with the help of the dark magician, raeliana's soul transfers to beatrice's body, and beatrice's soul transfers to raeliana's body. raeliana's soul wants to escape death and become the main character of the novel, which is why she asks for help from the dark magician and takes over beatrice's body. and in order to fully seal herself in the body, she apparently has to kill beatrice's soul that's in raeliana's body.
