I can tell Jieun grew up with alot of love and consideration in Korea which is why she failed to do things on her own accord e.g. become a suitable empress after Tia's death in the past timeline. Tia is actually younger than Jieun but I won't hold that against any of them because they were both brought up differently. But the fact that Jieun couldn't have at least matured mentally is unacceptable.
She was transported into another world, you'd think she'd have learned to be street smart at least. Like come on, you're basically in game of thrones.
