So far, karma gets to those that wronged her.
Stepmom and dad owed money to...everyone, and ended up being arrested.
Little sister experienced a carraige accident and injured half her face and body. She lives but due to money issue, the prince didn't want to stay in her presence. She also experiening pain from her injury and no one is caring for her like her big sis.
Prince was disowned by his dad. With the lost of everthing around him, he has mental breakdown over main girl because her presence held everything together.
Main Girl was sick and stayed behind at the orphanage she visited while her maid traveled back alone. The maid wanted to be the main girl to marry the prince so she dressed up in the finery and makeup. Well...maid had some bad luck and experienced an accident.

So far, not the most interesting story, possibly from the mediocore translations in the beginning.
I think her missing body is being held by "Dan", the black haired magician boy she picked up, and safely stored away like Snow White....
Or the villains got it and tried to do some experiments with it
I'll also throw it out there that we might have an arc where a fake her show up someday lol
