I've started reading because of the cover and plot. I got into it on the first few chapters then I read the comments saying the Michael and the King shouldn't be the endgame despite oth being the main characters until the ending part did I finally understand.
The king is a manipulative jerk who wouldn't take it well if he isn't the center of the world especially to Michael, even though Michael loved and is devoted to him, then they preceded to sexually assaulted/rape one another which is a big red fag. And because of the countless misconceptions, miscommunications and obsession with one another it leads to them being the end game.
Michael should've ended up with Heide, he is the better choice and would be a better lover.
Her reasoning is totally unrelated to the situation she created. Just because she's a neglected child doesn't mean she has the right to nose on the business of couples. She is loved by her grandma and friends, I know it isn't enough, but that still doesn't justified the fact she mess up.
I am not going back to this story until I hear Alexis apologizing to Eugene for all the stupid decisions he made (╬￣皿￣)凸

Man I can't stop laughing at the comments. On my opinion, its cute and wholesome. I know y'all would disagree with me. But let me get this straight. Mitsu was 14 and Tak was 8 which is only 6 year gap between them and both of them had sex when they are already adults.
