I don’t know. I’ve seen some old movies where women wear these black veils to funerals. I can’t see their face at all and wonder how they can even walk around. Oh! I also saw some biblical movie once and women were wearing these blue veils. Again, I couldn’t see their faces, yet they were able to see. Since veils aren’t a thing these days it’s hard for us to imagine I guess.
